Refund Policy
We believe in The Essentials Series, and we're confident that if you put in the time and effort, you'll start to see desired change in your acting career. Having said that, we do offer a 30-Day refund period for all enrollment purchases of The Essentials Series.*
To qualify for a refund, we require the following materials be submitted as proof of course completion:
1. A completed workbook of The Essentials Series.
2. A current headshot (or before and after headshot, if you took headshots based on our advice).
3. A current resume updated based on our recommendations.
4. A completed document of The Essentials Series Expense Guide.
5. A written statement as to why you feel The Essentials Series did not meet your expectations.

- Refunds will not be granted any time after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you teach or coach acting, or sell similar acting courses, you are not eligible for a refund.
